Britney Spears parties through the night

After a near no show, Britney arrived late Friday night to host the launch of LAX night club at the Luxor hotel and casino Las Vegas, wearing a massive diamond band on her ring finger.

Britney was reportedly paid $100K for the appearance and scheduled to walk the carpet at about 10:00 p.m. At about 10:15, notice came out that Britney had not yet boarded the plane in Los Angeles to fly to Las Vegas, about a 45 minute flight.
