According to TMZ, the “abuse investigation” into Britney Spears involves allegations of poor dental hygiene, as well as poor eating and sleeping habits for her kids.
The existence of the investigation surfaced in legal papers filed Monday, 27 Aug 2007 by K-Fed’s attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan during the course of an unscheduled hearing in the Britney’s child custody case. The hearing was attended by Britney’s lawyer, Dennis Wasser, K-Fed’s attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, and a lawyer from the Los Angeles County Counsel who is assigned to the dependency court.
